Troy Milne

Troy is the Business Manager at SMART (Sheet Metal Air Rail Transportation) Local #46, where he is a member of the Pension Fund, Health Fund, Annuity Fund and the Joint Apprentice and Training Committee Fund. He is a member of the Service HVAC/R (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) committee training nationally that includes both the U.S. and Canada.  He is also a member of the MCC HVAC Advisory Board, and the UNICON Board.

Troy has worked in sheet metal for over 36 years for a number of leading HVAC companies.  He attended a five-year apprenticeship at Local #46 and holds many certifications relative to the construction industry and has recently attended classes at MCC Applied Technology in the HVAC program.
