  • The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) is seeking proposals for a Housing Study and Needs Analysis that will evaluate Monroe County’s housing market. Specifications are outlined in the Request for Proposals document. Proposals must be submitted to COMIDA no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024. Those interested in submitting a response can request a copy of the Request for Proposal from COMIDA at EconomicDevelopment@monroecounty.gov or 585-753-2000.

The Mpower partnership between MCC and Monroe County directly responds to the need to grow the local workforce. Mpower focuses on the upskilling and reskilling of county residents through accessible training based on local market demand. Businesses benefit from having access to newly retrained workers, or by upskilling their existing workers, through customized training tailored directly to their organization’s need.
