Monroe County RETAIN Program

The Monroe County RETAIN program is designed to promote awareness of local opportunities and encourage young professionals to seek them out and ultimately choose Monroe County as their permanent place of residence.

RETAIN | CampusROC

Monroe County is collaborating with CampusROC, an initiative of the Greater Rochester Chamber and Commerce to help recent graduates thrive in Greater Rochester. The program is available to students who graduate in 2024 and 2025 from a college or university located in Monroe County with a four-year degree or a Master’s Degree and who have obtained and remained employed at a business headquartered in Monroe County for one full year after the date of hire.

At the one year anniversary date, the recent graduate will be eligible to receive a $4,000 grant from the RETAIN Monroe program.

The RETAIN Monroe program will be open to job fields in our key regional industries including Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Optics, Photonics and Imaging (OPI) and Software/ IT.
